I’ve been in the trenches of management. I know what it’s like to be expected to lead others without much guidance on how to do it well.
Over the past decade, I’ve focused on helping managers build their ability to lead through others. I’ve worked with thousands of leaders across organisations including Nestlé, Freightways, Downer, Reckitt and Chapman Tripp.
My focus is simple. Tools that work in real teams and deliver results. No theory for the sake of it. No back-breaking admin. Practical coaching conversations that improve performance.
