Step 3 Aim It Apply your strengths in your work
Strengths are not the themes themselves. They are how you use them. A strength shows up when your talents are applied in a way that creates results.
To start applying this, use your regular check-ins to reflect:
What is a recent success, and which strength helped?
What is a challenge ahead, and which strength could help?
This is where strengths move from insight to action. Your strengths will help you:
prepare for conversations
make decisions
approach challenges differently
Put this into practice
This week:
Identify one strength you use often
Identify one strength you could use more
Share both with your manager or a colleague
Keep it simple. Focus on awareness and application.
