Lesson 12 How Well Does My Role Align with What Matters Most?
You now have a clear picture of what matters most to you. The next question is whether your current role gives you the opportunity to live it.
The goal isn’t to find the perfect role. Every job has parts we enjoy more than others. Instead, ask yourself whether your role allows you to consistently live your purpose, values and vision.
The greater the alignment, the more energy, motivation and fulfilment you’re likely to experience.

Open your What Matters Most Poster and Top 5 CliftonStrengths Poster.
Complete the reflection questions on Page 15 of your Blue Workbook.
Consider where your current role gives you the greatest opportunity to live what matters most to you, and where there may be opportunities to improve alignment.
Identify one practical commitment you will make over the next month to better align your role with what matters most.
