Allow an hour for this conversation
Purpose
To review the Team Health Check results and turn the insights into practical actions for the team.
Process
Briefly explain the purpose of the Team Health Check and why workplace conditions matter.
Walk through how to read the Team Health Check Dashboard and Trend reports.
Identify the one question the team wants to focus on.
Create a simple plan that the team can review during future team meetings.
Outcome
Identify one practical action that increases what the team needs in order to feel supported and care about their work.
