Lesson 17 Checking In
Improving team health is not a one‑off conversation. The action you agreed as a team should become part of your regular team rhythm. Use your team meetings to check progress and maintain focus.
Simple review questions you can ask to help structure the conversation are
What’s working?
Where are we getting stuck?
What could we do differently?
You can also revisit the focus question using the Team Health Check Question Guides to deepen the discussion and identify further improvements.
Small adjustments made consistently over time create meaningful change.
