Lesson 18 Conclusion

You have now completed the Team Health Check course.

Throughout this course you have learned how to:

  • Understand what the Team Health Check measures

  • Navigate and interpret the reports

  • Develop assumptions and questions from the data

  • Facilitate a team conversation about the results

  • Turn insight into a practical action plan

The most important principle to remember is that team health improves through conversation and action, not through measurement alone. The survey provides signals.  Your leadership conversations turn those signals into improvement.

Keep the process simple:

  1. Listen carefully to your team.

  2. Focus on one meaningful improvement.

  3. Review progress regularly.

When leaders consistently create space for these conversations, teams gain clarity, trust increases, and performance improves. Small shifts in leadership behaviour can create a significant difference in how people experience their work.
