Lesson 11 Using the Exploring Themes
This report groups related questions together to help you interpret the results more easily. Rather than analysing each question separately, it highlights broader themes that shape the team’s experience.

Activity Identifying themes worth exploring
Start with the Leadership Insight Summary. Find the section “Exploring Themes Report Review”. This highlights which themes appear strongest and which may need attention.
Return to the Exploring Themes report. Look at:
The theme linked to the highest scoring questions
The theme linked to the lowest scoring questions
Capture one working assumption. Complete the sentence: “One theme that appears important for this team right now is…” Note in your Leadership Insight Summary under the heading Overall Review.
